Ultra-Low Voltage R to F LCD Flash MCU

General Information

The device is a Flash Memory type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller specially designed for very low voltage especially one battery applications.

For memory features, the Flash Memory offers users the convenience of Flash Memory multi-programming features. Other memory includes an area of RAM Data Memory as well as an area of true EEPROM memory for storage of non-volatile data such as serial numbers, calibration data etc.

The advantages of low operating voltage, low power consumption, I/O flexibility, timer functions, oscillator options, R to F converter, LCD driver, Power down and wake-up functions, watchdog timer, as well as affordable feature, enhance the versatility of this device to suit for the one battery applications such as thermometer.
